The (H)GWBEB type is a groundbreaking outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch. It is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines to efficiently manage the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits. While it operates without load, it ensures uninterrupted voltage presence.
Designed specifically for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out due to its straightforward structure, affordability, and user-friendly operation. It supports an impressive range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's construction features a robust base, durable post insulators, high-conductivity parts, and a reliable mechanical section. A unique gate knife structure facilitates seamless circuit engagement and disengagement. Each phase incorporates a dual-blade conductive setup, flanked by sturdy external compression springs. By adjusting these springs' height, an optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is assured. The switch's operation is simplified with an insulated hook stick for both opening and closing actions, and it includes a self-locking mechanism for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
This switch is optimized for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters.
It thrives in ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum threshold of -30°C.
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters/second.
Its resilient construction handles seismic intensities no greater than 8 degrees, and it is ideal for installation sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's superior insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annual maintenance checks are highly recommended for the following switch components:
Expertly remove any accumulated dirt from conductive components, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles.
Inspect each component meticulously for any signs of wear or damage, with particular focus on the insulating porcelain bottle for fractures or cracks.
Examine the conductive part's contact surface to ensure it is in pristine condition.
