Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a pivotal component also known as an isolation disconnect switch. Expertly crafted for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this switch masterfully opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits. Designed to operate without load but with voltage present, it ensures seamless performance.
Our switch, tailored for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, stands out for its minimalist structure, affordability, and user-friendly operation. Choose from rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Comprising a base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section, each switch uses a gate knife structure for circuit operations. This innovative design includes dual conductive blades per phase and external compression springs for optimal contact pressure. With an insulated hook stick facilitating operation and a self-locking device enhancing safety, the switch exemplifies reliability and convenience.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Operates in ambient temperatures ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Engineered to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Built to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, with installation sites selected to avoid frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must remain free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive elements that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN CONDITIONS EXCEED THE STATED NORMAL USE PARAMETERS, USERS SHOULD CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS.

Annual maintenance checklist for optimal performance:
Effortlessly remove any accumulated dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the exterior of the insulating porcelain bottles.
Conduct a thorough inspection of all components for any signs of damage, with a focus on identifying cracks or damage to the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part is in excellent condition to maintain superior performance.
