Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch—an essential component, also referred to as an isolation disconnect switch. This innovative switch is expertly crafted for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is devised to efficiently manage the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, even when voltage is present but without any load. A perfect blend of functionality and reliability!
Designed specifically for single-phase use in three-phase line systems, this switch is renowned for its straightforward structure, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. It is available in a range of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch is intricately assembled from a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical sector. It employs a gate knife structure for seamless circuit operations. Each phase includes a gate knife with two conductive blades, enhanced by external compression springs on both sides. The spring height can be finely tuned to provide optimal contact pressure. For ease of operation, the switch employs an insulated hook stick for efficient opening and closing actions, and it incorporates a secure self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Operate smoothly at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Thrives in ambient temperatures with a maximum not above +40°C and a minimum not below -30°C;
Built to withstand outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Engineered to endure seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees, ensuring the installation site remains free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment should be free of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity. A flawless performance guaranteed!

Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual check of the following switch components for optimal performance:
Ensure all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles are free from dirt for immaculate performance.
Inspect all parts for potential damage, especially the insulating porcelain bottle, checking for any signs of cracks or damage.
Verify the integrity and condition of the conductive part's contact surface for efficient operation.
