Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch-your reliable solution for 10(12, 15, 24)kV power transmission and distribution lines. This isolation disconnect switch is ingeniously crafted to manage the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits with the voltage present, offering an optimal balance of performance and safety.
Engineered for single-phase application in three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its streamlined design, affordability, and user-friendly operation. Choose from rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch comprises a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and a reliable mechanical section. Featuring a gate knife structure for efficient circuit management, it employs two conductive blades per phase, with external compression springs for optimal contact pressure. Operator convenience is enhanced by an insulated hook stick for circuit manipulation, complemented by a secure self-locking feature.
Working Environment:
Designed for installations at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Operational efficiency at wind speeds not surpassing 35 meters/second;
Built to endure seismic intensities no greater than 8 degrees; installation sites must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
Ideal locations are those devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
IF YOUR CONDITIONS EXCEED THE ABOVE PARAMETERS, PLEASE CONSULT WITH OUR COMPANY FOR SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually perform a comprehensive check on the following switch components:
Maintain cleanliness by removing any dirt from conductive components, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with a focus on identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface is in optimal condition.
