(H)GWBEB, the distinguished outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is innovatively crafted for seamless use on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution networks. It expertly facilitates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, managing voltage presence with unmatched precision, all without load.
This switch is adeptly designed for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, distinguished by its minimalist structure, economic efficiency, and user-friendly operation. Offering a variety of rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, each switch is comprised of a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and an efficient mechanical section. The switch employs a sophisticated gate knife mechanism for circuit operations, featuring two conductive blades per phase, with external compression springs affording precise contact pressure adjustments. Operating the switch is effortlessly achieved with an insulated hook stick, complemented by an intuitive self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Ideal for environments with altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Withstands ambient temperatures: a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Can endure outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Capable of withstanding seismic intensities not surpassing 8 degrees; installation sites should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation areas should remain clear of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive environments that could detrimentally affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.

SHOULD THESE NORMAL USAGE CONDITIONS BE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN DIALOGUE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual inspections to ensure optimal functionality:
Diligently remove any accumulated dirt from conductive components, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces.
Inspect all parts for any signs of damage, with a keen focus on detecting cracks or damage in insulating porcelain bottles.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive parts is in pristine condition for reliable operations.
