Engineered for excellence, this isolation disconnect switch is your go-to solution for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Whether you need to manage single-phase or three-phase circuits without load but with voltage present, our switch delivers the reliability you need.

Designed specifically for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a simple yet effective structure, making it not only cost-efficient but also incredibly easy to use. Choose from a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps to suit your specific needs. The switch comprises a robust base, durable post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and a reliable mechanical section. Employing a state-of-the-art gate knife structure, each phase's gate knife includes two precision-engineered conductive blades, accompanied by external compression springs on both sides. Fine-tune the spring height to ensure optimal contact pressure. For seamless operations, the switch is maneuvered with an insulated hook stick and features a built-in self-locking device for added safety.

Working Environment:

Recommended altitude: not exceeding 1000 meters;

Ambient temperature control: peak not exceeding +40°C; minimum threshold not falling below -30°C;

Outdoor wind resistance: up to 35 meters/second;

Seismic tolerance: intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; ensure the installation site is free from frequent severe vibrations.

Ensure the installation site is devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment

Pre-installation work

1. Thoroughly eliminate dust and dirt from all components, and meticulously clean the surface of the insulating porcelain bottle.
2. Ensure the wiring surface of the ground screw is pristinely scrubbed.
3. Apply a protective layer of industrial Vaseline to both the rotating parts and contact areas.
4. Inspect the contact surface and adjust the compression spring height to meet the specifications outlined in Table II.
5. This switch is exclusively for hoisting use and is ideal for integration with transformers along the line.
6. The switch supports a rated current of 200-400 ampere hours, typically utilizing three mounting holes, whereas the 600-1000A range also employs three mounting holes.

Annual Maintenance: Inspect the following components diligently:
Clear all dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface.

Examine all components for damage, with particular focus on detecting any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.

Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface.
