(H)GWBEB type Outdoor High-Voltage Isolation Switch, elegantly engineered for seamless integration in 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, is the quintessential solution for managing single-phase or three-phase circuits. This switch performs with precision, facilitating the opening and closing of circuits under voltage, yet free from load.
Intended for single-phase application in three-phase line systems, the switch stands out for its uncomplicated design, cost-efficiency, and user-friendliness. It comes with a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch comprises a robust base, resilient post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. A sophisticated gate knife structure is employed for circuit operations, with each phase equipped with dual conductive blades and external compression springs for optimal contact pressure adjustment. Operations are executed with an insulated hook stick and feature a self-locking mechanism for secure handling.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes up to 1000 meters;
Withstands ambient temperatures ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Resilient to outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Capable of enduring seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; the installation site must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN STANDARD USAGE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual check to ensure the switch's integrity:
Regularly remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior.
Inspect each component for potential damage, focusing on the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of cracks or other damage.
Verify the conductive part's contact surface is in excellent condition for peak performance.
