The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for application in 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This sophisticated device is engineered to enable the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, all while voltage is present.
Tailored for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts simplicity, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. It offers a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Comprising a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive components, and a mechanical section, the switch utilizes a gate knife structure for effective circuit management. Each phase's gate knife integrates dual conductive blades, augmented by external compression springs. The height of these springs adjusts to ensure optimal contact pressure. The switch's operation is facilitated via an insulated hook stick, and it is equipped with a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters; ensuring optimal performance.
Ambient temperature: maintains functionality with a maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should remain free from frequent severe vibrations to ensure stability and reliability.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive elements that could adversely affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS ALTERNATIVES WITH THE COMPANY TO ENSURE OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation Preparation
Regular Annual Maintenance: Inspect these components to ensure longevity and reliability:
Thoroughly clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain optimal performance.
Inspect all components for any potential damage, particularly focusing on the insulating porcelain bottle for cracks or other damage.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition.
