The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also affectionately known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly engineered for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high-voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This paramount device efficiently opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits under voltage conditions but devoid of load, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Purposefully crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch is celebrated for its straightforward design, budget-friendly nature, and user-friendly operation. It boasts a variety of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, making it adaptable to diverse needs. The switch's construction features a robust base and post insulators, alongside conductive parts and a mechanical section that's as dependable as it is efficient. Utilizing a sophisticated gate knife structure for the circuit's seamless engagement and disengagement, each phase's gate knife comprises two resilient conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on either side. By adjusting spring height, the necessary contact pressure is impeccably achieved, ensuring flawless operation. The switch is meticulously operated with an insulated hook stick, facilitating effortless opening and closing actions, while its self-locking device guarantees secure positioning.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature range: a pleasant maximum not above +40°C and a chilly minimum not below -30°C, ensuring stability across diverse climates;
Outdoor wind speed gracefully limited to a maximum of 35 meters per second;
Seismic intensity gracefully maintained below 8 degrees, ensuring that installation sites remain stable and experience minimal vibrations.
The installation locale should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Perform an annual comprehensive inspection on the following components of the switch:
Thoroughly cleanse conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles, ensuring immaculate cleanliness and peak functionality.
Meticulously examine all parts for damage, with special emphasis on the insulating porcelain bottle to detect any signs of damage or cracks, ensuring safety and durability.
Confirm that the conductive part's contact surface remains in pristine condition, ensuring uninterrupted and efficient power flow.
