(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, frequently referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high-voltage power transmission and distribution lines. The switch's mission is to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits in a no-load condition while voltage is present, ensuring seamless operations.
This switch is specifically crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, recognized for its straightforward architecture, economic efficiency, and user-friendly operation. It caters to a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Each switch features a robust assembly of a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical segment. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates efficient circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with two conductive blades, accompanied by external compression springs on both sides, fine-tuned by adjusting the spring height to achieve optimal contact pressure. Operated with an insulated hook stick, the switch is equipped with a reliable self-locking mechanism for secure engagement.
Working Environment:
Operational altitude should not surpass 1000 meters; ensuring optimal performance.
Ambient temperature range: a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C, designed to withstand diverse climatic conditions.
Outdoor wind speeds should not exceed 35 meters/second, ensuring stability in windy conditions.
The site's seismic intensity should be within 8 degrees; select installation sites with minimal exposure to frequent and severe vibrations.
Installation areas must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN OPERATING OUTSIDE THE NORMAL USAGE CONDITIONS OUTLINED ABOVE, USERS ARE ADVISED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR FURTHER GUIDANCE.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation Work
Perform an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Cleanse dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' exterior for sustained functionality.
Inspect all components thoroughly for any damage, focusing particularly on identifying cracks or damage in the insulating porcelain bottles.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part is in superior condition.
