(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, prominently recognized as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for application on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch facilitates the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load but with voltage present, ensuring reliability and safety.
Ingeniously designed for single-phase deployment in three-phase line systems, this switch shines with its straightforward structure, cost-effectiveness, and effortless usability. You can choose from rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, catering to diverse electrical needs. The switch comprises a sturdy base, robust post insulators, highly conductive parts, and a precise mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure is used for circuit operations, where each phase's gate knife incorporates two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides. Adjusting the spring height fine-tunes the essential contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. The switch is intuitively operated using an insulated hook stick for opening and closing actions and features a sophisticated self-locking device for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
Altitude requirements: installation sites should not exceed heights of 1000 meters;
Temperature tolerance: the ambient temperature should peak at no more than +40°C, and not dip below -30°C;
Outdoor conditions: wind speed must be kept below 35 meters/second for optimal performance;
Seismic considerations: the site should have a seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees and must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
Environmental stipulations ensure the installation site remains devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, and dust, which could severely impair the switch's insulation and conductivity. It is imperative to avoid explosive or corrosive mediums.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS CAN ENGAGE IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY TO SEEK CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS FOR THEIR UNIQUE NEEDS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct a detailed annual inspection of these critical switch components to ensure seamless operation:
Carefully remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain excellent function.
Inspect all components for damage, with heightened vigilance for any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in pristine condition to guarantee optimal conductivity.
