Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an exceptional solution in the realm of medium voltage power transmission and distribution. Known as the isolation disconnect switch, it is expertly engineered for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage systems. Its primary function is to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits, maintaining voltage presence without load engagement.
This advanced switch is tailored for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems. It boasts a straightforward design, offering both affordability and user-friendliness. With available rated currents ranging from 200 to 1250 amps, these versatile switches feature a robust construction comprising a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The switch employs a gate knife mechanism for circuit operations, where each phase's gate knife includes dual conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs for optimal contact pressure. The spring height is adjustable to ensure precise contact pressure. The switch is easily maneuvered using an insulated hook stick and incorporates a self-locking mechanism for secure operations.
Working Environment:
Designed to function optimally at altitudes up to 1000 meters;
Operating temperatures range from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Can withstand outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters per second;
Capable of enduring seismic intensities of up to 8 degrees, provided the installation site is free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
FOR CONDITIONS THAT EXCEED THE STANDARD OPERATIONAL LIMITS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS CUSTOM SOLUTIONS WITH OUR COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually ensure a comprehensive check-up of the switch includes:
Thoroughly eliminating dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior.
Inspect all components for damage, with particular attention to the integrity and condition of the insulating porcelain bottles.
Confirm the quality of the contact surfaces on conductive parts.
