By meticulously refining loss coefficients and optimizing the copper-to-iron ratio, this transformer exhibits a design that remarkably minimizes losses while maximizing cost-effectiveness. The iron core is expertly crafted using high-conductivity, low-loss silicon steel, dramatically reducing no-load losses, and embodying the pinnacle of modern design innovation.

High-voltage windings are expertly constructed with a sophisticated multi-layer structure. For transformers up to 500kVA, our design incorporates multi-layer low-voltage windings; for those rated at 630kVA and above,
an advanced spiral type of low-voltage windings significantly enhances both electrical performance and mechanical strength, particularly under the demanding conditions of a short circuit.
