(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It facilitates seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without altering the load, while maintaining voltage presence, ensuring reliability and safety in power management.
This innovative switch is tailored for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, renowned for its streamlined structure, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly design. It is available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch is composed of a robust base, sturdy post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a durable mechanical section. Featuring a sophisticated gate knife structure for circuit operations, each phase's gate knife comprises two conductive blades, with strategically placed external compression springs enhancing contact pressure. Height adjustments of these springs ensure optimal contact pressure. The switch is adeptly operated with an insulated hook stick for both opening and closing functions, and includes a reliable self-locking device for added security.
Working Environment:
Altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum should not surpass +40°C; minimum should not drop below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed should remain below 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity should not exceed 8 degrees; the installation location must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive elements that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Eliminate dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface to maintain optimal performance.
Examine all parts for any damage, with particular focus on inspecting the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive parts is in excellent condition.
