(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, the premier choice for a seamless power control experience, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This sophisticated switch facilitates the effortless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, maintaining safety and efficiency even with voltage present.

This innovative switch is designed specifically for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, boasting a simplistic structure that is both budget-friendly and user-friendly. It offers a variety of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, tailored to meet your specific requirements. Its construction features a robust base, durable post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and a mechanical section crafted for excellence. The switch's gate knife mechanism, comprising two conductive blades per phase, is engineered with external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure for the gate knife is maintained. Effortless operation is guaranteed through the insulated hook stick, complemented by a reliable self-locking device for secure operation.

Optimum Working Environment:

Positioned at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;

Ambient temperature range: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C; ensuring reliable performance regardless of the climate.

Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second; engineered for resilience.

Capable of enduring seismic intensity up to 8 degrees; the installation site should remain free from frequent severe vibrations for uncompromised performance.

The installation environment should be free of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could adversely affect the switch's insulation and conductive capabilities.

Installation, Use, and Adjustment Guidelines

Preparatory steps before installation

  1. Thoroughly clean the parts of dust and dirt, and ensure the insulating porcelain bottle is polished to a pristine condition.
  2. Meticulously clean the wiring surface of the ground screw to ensure optimal electrical connectivity.
  3. Generously apply a layer of industrial Vaseline to all rotating parts and contact areas to ensure smooth operation.
  4. Carefully inspect the contact surfaces and adjust the compression spring height to meet the standards outlined in Table II, ensuring precise contact pressure.
  5. This versatile switch is uniquely designed for hoisting use, seamlessly integrating with transformers along the power line for synergetic functionality.
  6. With a rated current of 200-400 ampere hours, this switch is engineered with efficiency in mind, utilizing generally three mounting holes. For currents of 600-1000A, three mounting holes remain the efficient standard.

Annual Maintenance Checklist:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal performance.

Conduct a comprehensive inspection of all components for any signs of damage, paying special attention to the insulating porcelain bottles for cracks or other damages.

Verify that the contact surface of the conductive parts remains in excellent condition, ensuring reliable conductivity.
