The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch is an advanced isolation disconnect switch, crafted for optimal performance on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It excels in opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits with voltage present, ensuring your power systems are always under control, even without load.
Designed for single-phase use in three-phase line systems, the switch is renowned for its straightforward construction, economic value, and user-friendliness. It offers rated current options of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's components include a robust base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a precision mechanical section. The innovative gate knife mechanism features two conductive blades per phase, each equipped with external compression springs, adjustable in height for optimal contact pressure. Operated via an insulated hook stick, the switch also includes a reliable self-locking device to ensure safety and ease of operation.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters above sea level;
Operates efficiently within an ambient temperature range from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Built to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Resilient to seismic activities with intensity levels not surpassing 8 degrees; installation sites should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive elements detrimental to the switch's insulation and conductivity capabilities.
Note:
WHEN NORMAL USAGE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS CAN BE DISCUSSED WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual inspections on the following switch components:
Ensure cleanliness by removing any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottles.
Thoroughly examine all components for potential damage, particularly checking the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition.
