The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an exceptional isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for deployment on 10(12,15,24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This innovative switch is engineered to facilitate the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits under the presence of voltage, but without load. Its advanced design ensures reliable performance across a spectrum of high voltage environments.
Tailored exclusively for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out for its minimalistic yet robust architecture. It offers a delightful blend of cost-effectiveness, simplicity, and user-friendliness. The switch comes in a variety of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, accommodating diverse operational needs. It incorporates a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section, all harmonized to deliver peak performance. The ingenious gate knife structure seamlessly facilitates the circuit's opening and closing, with each phase utilizing dual conductive blades complemented by external compression springs. These springs' heights are adjustable to attain the requisite contact pressure for the gate knife. Operated effortlessly with an insulated hook stick, the switch also features a self-locking device for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
Operate at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters for optimal performance;
Maintain ambient temperatures within a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Ensure outdoor wind speeds do not surpass 35 meters/second;
Installations should remain robust against seismic intensity levels not exceeding 8 degrees, and should avoid locations prone to frequent severe vibrations.
Select installation sites free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely compromise the switch’s insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct a thorough yearly inspection of the following switch components:
Meticulously remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces.
Examine all components closely for damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Assess if the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition.
