With its capacity to operate efficiently without load but under the prevailing voltage, it ensures unparalleled safety and reliability.

This switch embodies superior engineering tailored for single-phase use within three-phase line systems. It distinguishes itself through its simple structure, affordability, and ease of handling. It is a versatile asset, accommodating rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch features a durable base, robust post insulators, premium conductive components, and a high-efficiency mechanical section. Its innovative gate knife structure optimizes circuit operations, each phase's gate knife comprising dual conductive blades. The use of external compression springs on either side ensures optimal contact pressure, adjustable via spring height modification. Operation is made effortless with an insulated hook stick, and a convenient self-locking mechanism provides enhanced security.

To ensure peak performance, the installation site must remain free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could notably affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use, and Adjustment

Pre-installation work

1. Secure optimum performance by thoroughly removing dust and dirt from all components. Meticulously clean the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain its integrity.
2. Carefully scrub the wiring surface of the ground screw to guarantee excellent electrical contact.
3. For seamless operation, apply a protective layer of industrial Vaseline to all rotating parts and contact areas.
4. Diligently inspect the contact surfaces. Adjust the compression spring height to ensure the contact pressure meets the specifications outlined in Table II.
5. This switch is ingeniously designed exclusively for hoisting use and is calibrated to operate harmoniously with transformers along the line.
6. It supports a rated current of 200-400 ampere hours, typically utilizing three mounting holes. For configurations of 600-1000A, three mounting holes are maintained for optimal stability.

Ensure enduring reliability by conducting annual inspections of the following components:
Meticulously eliminate any dirt from the conductive components, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior to maintain optimal functionality.

Thoroughly inspect all elements for any potential damage. Pay special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for signs of damage or cracks.

Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part maintains excellent condition, ensuring efficient operation.
