Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a remarkable solution for reliable isolation disconnect in power systems. Crafted for use on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this switch efficiently manages the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits while maintaining voltage presence, ensuring unmatched safety and performance.
Designed specifically for single-phase use in three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its straightforward structure, economical pricing, and effortless operation. With available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it's versatile for various needs. The switch's components include a base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. Featuring a gate knife structure to seamlessly open and close circuits, each phase's gate knife is equipped with two conductive blades and external compression springs on both sides. The adjustable spring height ensures optimal contact pressure. Operated with an insulated hook stick for secure actions, it includes a self-locking device for added security.
Working Environment:
Optimized for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Suitable ambient temperature: maximum +40°C; minimum -30°C;
Withstands outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Engineered to handle seismic intensity up to 8 degrees; installation sites should avoid frequent intense vibrations.
Ensure the installation site is free of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual check of the following switch parts:
Clean dirt from all conductive components, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain efficiency.
Inspect all parts for any damage, giving special attention to detecting cracks or damage in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Evaluate whether the contact surface of the conductive parts remains in excellent condition.
