Discover the excellence of the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as the isolation disconnect switch. Specifically crafted for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this remarkable switch efficiently manages the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits. It operates without a load yet maintains the presence of voltage, ensuring seamless performance in various electrical scenarios.
Engineered for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a straightforward design, promising both affordability and user-friendliness. It accommodates rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch assembly includes a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. Employing a gate knife structure for its operational mechanics, each phase's gate knife incorporates two conductive blades, fortified by external compression springs on either side. Adjusting these springs to the proper height ensures optimal contact pressure. Operation is facilitated through an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking device to secure the open or closed position.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters, ensuring optimal performance.
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C, making it versatile across various climates.
Built to endure outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters per second, maintaining stability in dynamic weather conditions.
Engineered to operate under seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees, with installation sites free from frequent severe vibrations, contributing to the switch's longevity and reliability.
Installation sites must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and any other explosive or corrosive substances that could adversely affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.

IF THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the switch's key components:
Regularly remove any accumulated dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the exterior of insulating porcelain bottles, maintaining optimal functionality.
Examine all components for potential damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle, ensuring it is free from damage and cracks.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive parts is intact and functioning correctly, ensuring reliable performance.
