(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also renowned as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits, without load yet under the presence of voltage. This switch stands as an indispensable component in modern power management.
This switch is crafted for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, marked by its straightforward design, economic viability, and user-friendly operation. It is available in an array of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch comprises a robust base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure ensures efficient circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife includes two conductive blades, augmented by external compression springs on either side. The spring height can be adjusted to achieve the desired contact pressure for optimal performance. An insulated hook stick facilitates the switch's opening and closing, while a self-locking device enhances operational security.
Working Environment:
Altitude constraints: not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum of +40°C; minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor conditions: wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic resilience: capable of withstanding seismic intensity up to 8 degrees; installation sites should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must remain free of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductive capabilities.

Pre-installation work
Annual maintenance checklist: Regularly inspect the following components:
Thoroughly clean dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal performance.
Conduct a detailed examination of all parts for any signs of damage, with special emphasis on identifying damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Assess whether the contact surface of the conductive parts is intact and functioning efficiently.
