(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This innovative switch functions to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits while voltage is present, yet without any load.
Crafted for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts an uncomplicated structure, making it both cost-effective and user-friendly. With rated currents available in 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are thoughtfully composed of a base, robust post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. Utilizing a sophisticated gate knife structure for circuit operations, each phase's gate knife comprises a pair of conductive blades, complete with external compression springs on both sides. By finely adjusting the spring height, you can achieve the optimal contact pressure essential for the switch's gate knife. Operational actions such as opening and closing are facilitated by an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking device for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures with a maximum not surpassing +40°C and a minimum not dropping below -30°C;
Engineered to endure outdoor wind speeds that do not exceed 35 meters/second;
Built to withstand seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees, and should be installed at sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually conduct a thorough inspection of the following switch components:
Remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surface to maintain pristine operation.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, paying particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle to detect any potential cracks or damage.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part is in prime condition for efficient functionality.
