Product Description

Behold the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, masterfully crafted as an isolation disconnect switch. It is your perfect partner for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This innovative device empowers you to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits seamlessly, ensuring safe operation even in the presence of voltage.

Designed for unmatched efficiency, this switch is tailored for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems. Revel in its simplicity and affordability, coupled with effortless usability. It offers a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, catering to diverse needs. The switch comprises a robust base, reliable post insulators, durable conductive parts, and a precise mechanical section. Employing a gate knife structure, it ensures swift and secure circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with two conductive blades, fortified by external compression springs for optimal contact pressure. The insulated hook stick allows easy operation, complemented by a self-locking device for enhanced security.

Working Environment:

Designed for altitudes not surpassing 1000 meters;

Efficiently operates within ambient temperatures from a chilling -30°C to a warm +40°C;

Performs flawlessly with outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;

Engineered to withstand seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, ensuring stability without frequent severe vibrations.

The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums to maintain the switch's exceptional insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment

Pre-installation work

  1. Meticulously cleanse parts of any dust and dirt, and gently polish the insulating porcelain bottle surface to perfection.
  2. Thoroughly scrub the wiring surface of the ground screw for optimal connectivity.
  3. Apply a protective layer of industrial Vaseline on all rotating parts and contact areas to ensure smooth operation.
  4. Diligently inspect the contact surface and adjust the compression spring height to meet the specified contact pressure in Table II.
  5. This switch is specifically designed for efficient hoisting use and functions harmoniously alongside transformers within the line.
  6. With a rated current capacity ranging from 200-400 ampere hours, this switch generally requires the use of only three mounting holes. For a capacity of 600-1000A, three mounting holes suffice as well.

Conduct an annual meticulous inspection of the following switch components:
Ensure all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces are pristine and dirt-free.

Vigilantly check all components for any signs of damage, specifically inspecting the insulating porcelain bottle for potential cracks or damage.

Ascertain that the contact surface of the conductive part maintains optimal integrity.
