Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also referred to as the isolation disconnect switch. This meticulously engineered device is crafted for seamless deployment in 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is designed to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, even in the presence of voltage.
This innovative switch is tailored for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems, boasting a design that is both straightforward and economical. It's remarkably user-friendly. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, each switch comprises a sturdy base, high-quality post insulators, conductive parts, and a robust mechanical section. The circuit is engaged or disengaged via a sophisticated gate knife structure, featuring dual conductive blades per phase, enhanced by external compression springs. Adjusting the spring height ensures optimal contact pressure for the gate knife's performance. An insulated hook stick facilitates smooth operational actions, complemented by a reliable self-locking device for added safety.
Working Environment:
The switch is suitable for regions with altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Operating within a broad ambient temperature range: a peak not above +40°C and a trough not below -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters/second;
Engineered to resist seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; ideal for locations with minimal severe vibrations.
The installation should be in an environment free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive elements that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
IF USAGE CONDITIONS EXCEED THE NORMAL PARAMETERS LISTED ABOVE, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN DISCUSSIONS WITH OUR COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.

Annual Maintenance Checklist: Regularly inspect the following critical components of the switch:
Thoroughly cleanse dirt accumulation from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces.
Conduct a meticulous inspection for any damage, with a keen focus on identifying any cracks or damages to the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surfaces remain in pristine condition.
