Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch—an essential component in modern electrical infrastructure. Often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, this device is engineered for impeccable performance on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution circuits. It operates by safely opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits in energized conditions, but without load.
Specially tailored for single-phase application within three-phase systems, this switch boasts a remarkably simple yet robust design, ensuring exceptional cost-effectiveness and user-friendly operation. It's available in a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch comprises a durable base, reliable post insulators, solid conductive components, and an efficient mechanical section. Utilizing a sophisticated gate knife configuration, each phase includes dual conductive blades equipped with external compression springs to ensure optimal contact pressure. The height of these springs can be easily adjusted. Its operational ease is further enhanced by a self-locking mechanism and actions performed with an insulated hook stick.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes up to 1000 meters;
Optimized for ambient temperatures ranging from a brisk -30°C to a warm +40°C;
Engineered to withstand outdoor wind speeds reaching up to 35 meters per second;
Built to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; Ideal for locations free from persistent, severe vibrations.
The installation area should be devoid of harmful gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD YOUR CONDITIONS EXCEED THESE NORMAL PARAMETERS, PLEASE DISCUSS ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS WITH US.

Annual Maintenance Checklist:
Regularly remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottles to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct a thorough inspection of all components, focusing on detecting any damage or fissures in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the integrity of the contact surfaces of the conductive elements.
