(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly engineered for application on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It facilitates the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits when no load is present, though voltage remains active.
Designed for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out due to its uncomplicated structure, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. It boasts a range of available rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, accommodating various operational needs. The switch comprises a robust base, sturdy post insulators, conductive components, and a reliable mechanical section. Featuring a gate knife structure, it efficiently handles circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with dual conductive blades, augmented by external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure is ensured for the switch's gate knife. Maneuvering the switch is accomplished with an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking device for user security.
Working Environment:
Altitude restriction: The switch is optimized for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters.
Ambient temperature: Thrive in maximum temperatures up to +40°C and as low as -30°C.
Outdoor wind conditions: Rated to withstand wind speeds no greater than 35 meters/second.
Seismic criteria: Suitable for seismic activities up to 8 degrees, ensuring the installation site remains free from frequent and severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be devoid of gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could severely compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual inspections of the following switch components:
Ensure the removal of dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain efficiency.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with particular focus on identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify that the conductive part's contact surface remains in optimal condition.
