Presenting the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also renowned as an isolation disconnect switch. This innovative device is meticulously designed for application on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load while voltage remains present.
This switch is perfectly crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems and stands out due to its simple structure, cost-effectiveness, and exceptional ease of use. With available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are composed of a stable base, durable post insulators, conductive parts, and a robust mechanical section. Employing a gate knife structure for seamless circuit operations, each phase's gate knife consists of two highly conductive blades, enhanced with external compression springs on either side. The height adjustment of these springs ensures optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. An insulated hook stick facilitates the switching operations, complemented by a reliable self-locking mechanism for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters; this switch is engineered to perform efficiently.
It thrives in ambient temperatures ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C; ensuring reliability across a wide temperature spectrum.
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters per second; offering steadfast resilience.
Rated for seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees; ideal for locations with minimal severe vibrations.
The installation site must remain free from harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive substances that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE STANDARD USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation Work
Schedule annual inspections to maintain the integrity and functionality of the switch:
Thoroughly clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain performance.
Conduct a comprehensive damage assessment on all parts, with particular attention to potential damages or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Evaluate the condition of the conductive parts' contact surfaces to ensure continued operational excellence.
