This switch expertly manages the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, all while voltage remains present, ensuring seamless operation.
Crafted for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its impeccable simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly nature. Available rated currents span from 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000 to 1250 amps. These switches are composed of a base, robust post insulators, durable conductive parts, and a meticulous mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure is expertly employed for circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife comprises dual conductive blades, flanked by external compression springs to ensure optimal contact pressure through adjustable spring height. Operation is effortlessly conducted using an insulated hook stick, complete with a self-locking device for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
The ambient temperature should remain within the realms of a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed should not surpass 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity should be no greater than 8 degrees, and the installation site must remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation location must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Regularly conduct annual checks on the following components of the switch:
Eliminate dirt accumulation from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain efficiency.
Inspect all components for any potential damage, with special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part maintains its integrity and functionality.
