(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, renowned as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for optimal performance on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is crafted to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits where the load is absent, yet voltage is present.
This remarkable switch is tailored for single-phase usage within three-phase line systems, celebrated for its simplistic yet robust design, budget-friendly nature, and user-friendly operation. Our switch comes in a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, catering to diverse requirements. The switch is composed of a sturdy base, durable post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical segment. Employing a sophisticated gate knife structure, it ensures seamless circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades, with external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved, enhancing reliability. The operation is facilitated by an insulated hook stick, and the switch boasts an innovative self-locking device for security.
Working Environment:
Ideal for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Designed for ambient temperatures with a maximum limit of +40°C and a minimum threshold of -30°C;
Suitable for outdoor environments with wind speeds not surpassing 35 meters/second;
Withstands seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; ideally deployed in locations free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely compromise the switch's insulation and conductive abilities.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually, conduct a thorough inspection of the following switch components:
Meticulously remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior to maintain efficiency.
Inspect all components for damage, with particular focus on identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part is in impeccable condition to guarantee optimal functionality.
