Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also referred to as an isolation disconnect switch. This innovative solution is meticulously crafted for seamless integration with 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, enabling the effortless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits. Operate with reliability and precision even when voltage remains present, ensuring your systems are consistently secured and optimal.
Engineered for single-phase functionality within three-phase line systems, this switch is a testament to simplicity and efficiency. Offering a spectrum of rated currents-200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps-it boasts an accessible yet robust design. The switch comprises a sturdy base, reliable post insulators, conductive parts, and a sophisticated mechanical section. Utilizing a state-of-the-art gate knife structure for circuit management, each phase features dual conductive blades paired with externally mounted compression springs for precision contact pressure adjustment. The operation is seamlessly executed with an insulated hook stick, complemented by an intuitive self-locking device for optimal performance.
Working Environment:
Engineered for resilience at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Operable in diverse climates with ambient temperatures ranging from a brisk -30°C to a warm +40°C;
Built to withstand outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters/second;
Capable of maintaining stability withstanding seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; ideal for sites devoid of frequent severe vibrations.
Optimal performance in environments free from detrimental gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of these critical components of the switch:
Thoroughly cleanse the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles to maintain pristine condition.
Assess all components for any signs of damage, with a particular focus on identifying and addressing any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part maintains its integrity and functionality.
