(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also elegantly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It offers the precision of opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits under conditions where load is absent but voltage is present, ensuring safety and reliability.
This versatile switch is ideally crafted for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward design, affordability, and user-friendly operation. Its range of rated currents spans 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, allowing for diverse electrical needs. The switch's architecture includes a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a precise mechanical section. A sophisticated gate knife configuration facilitates circuit engagement and disengagement, with each phase’s gate knife comprised of dual conductive blades flanked by external compression springs. The strategic adjustment of spring height ensures optimal contact pressure. Operational actions are performed with an insulated hook stick, supported by a self-locking mechanism for added security.
Working Environment:
Suitable for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ideal ambient temperature ranges with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Designed to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, with installation sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums, to maintain the switch's insulation and conductivity integrity.

Conduct an annual inspection to ensure peak performance, focusing on the following components:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to ensure seamless conductivity.
Examine all components for damage, with heightened attention to inspecting the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part remains impeccable.
