The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is masterfully designed for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It excels in seamlessly opening and closing both single-phase and three-phase circuits with voltage presence, yet without load, making it an indispensable tool for your energy management needs.
Crafted for single-phase functionality within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its streamlined design, economic viability, and user-friendly operation. The switch offers an impressive range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, giving you flexible options tailored to your requirements. The carefully constructed components consist of a robust base, durable post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and an efficient mechanical section. Utilizing a gate knife structure for circuit operations, each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades, flanked by external compression springs for optimal performance. The springs' height can be adjusted to secure the necessary contact pressure, ensuring reliability. For operational ease, an insulated hook stick is used for manipulation, further enhanced with a self-locking device for safety and convenience.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind velocity not surpassing 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity should not exceed 8 degrees; installation sites must avoid frequent intense vibrations.
The installation area must be free from gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive elements that can severely impact the switch's insulation and electrical conductivity.
Note:
IF THE ABOVE NORMAL OPERATING CONDITIONS ARE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.

Routine annual inspection checklist:
Clear any accumulated debris from the conductive elements, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain optimal performance.
Examine all parts for potential damage, focusing particularly on the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracking.
Confirm the integrity of the conductive part's contact surfaces.
