The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, known for its reliable performance, is expertly crafted as an isolation disconnect switch. Tailored for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this device adeptly opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits, even with voltage present, albeit under no load.
Engineered for precision, the switch is designed for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems. It features a straightforward design, offering an economical solution and effortless operation. The switch is available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, ensuring versatility for various applications. Its components include a sturdy base, durable post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section, all working in harmony. The gate knife structure offers seamless circuit control with each phase's gate knife containing two conductive blades, enhanced by external compression springs for optimal contact pressure, adjustable by spring height. The insulated hook stick facilitates smooth opening and closing, complemented by a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Operates flawlessly at altitudes up to 1000 meters;
Withstands ambient temperatures ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Resistant to outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters/second;
Designed to tolerate seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, ensuring stability in areas devoid of frequent severe vibrations.
Optimal installation sites are free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's insulative and conductive integrity.
