Company Profile
Product Description
CHBEB's single-phase pole-mounted transformers, expertly crafted and engineered by Daelim, serve a crucial role in utility distribution. These transformers adeptly step down high utility distribution voltages, ranging from a formidable 2400V up to 34,500V, to more manageable utilization voltages for various applications. While many serve the essential function of stepping down to commercial and industrial voltages, such as 277V, 240/480V, 2400V, and 4800V, the majority are precisely calibrated to reduce voltages to a convenient single-phase voltage of 120/240V. These versatile transformers find their place not only in small substations but also in an array of other applications, occasionally even stepping up voltages when the situation demands.
CHBEB takes pride in offering two distinct types of single-phase pole-mounted transformers: the conventional and the advanced Completely Self-Protected (CSP) type. These transformers boast power ratings that reach an impressive 167kVA, catering to a wide range of distribution needs.
Key Features:
- High Efficiency: Our transformers adhere to the stringent DOE Energy Efficiency Standards while surpassing the expectations set by ANSI/IEEE and CSA standards, ensuring optimal performance.
- Standard Features: With ISO 9001 quality certification, these transformers offer an array of essential features, including robust lifting lugs, convenient arrester mounting pads, durable high-voltage porcelain bushings with eyebolt terminals, and reliable low-voltage bushings with eyebolt terminals. Additionally, low-voltage neutral grounding straps are provided for enhanced safety.
- Self-Protected (CSP) Design: The CSP variants come equipped with a suite of advanced protection features, including primary protective links, surge arresters, secondary circuit breakers, emergency overload reset handles, and overload signal lights for superior safety and operational reliability.
- Durability and Safety: Featuring a self-venting and resealing cover assembly, the transformers are designed to ensure long-term, safe, and reliable operation, standing the test of time in even the most demanding environments.
Operating Environment:
- Ambient Temperature: Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -15°C, allowing for versatile application.
- Altitude: Suitable for deployment at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters, ensuring adaptability across diverse terrains.
- Humidity:
- Daily average relative humidity: ≤95%
- Monthly average relative humidity: ≤90%
- Seismic Intensity: Specifically engineered to endure seismic intensity levels of up to 8 degrees, making them resilient in seismically active regions.
- Installation Conditions: It is imperative that the installation environment be devoid of fire hazards, explosion risks, severe vibrations, chemical corrosion, and heavy pollution to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
