(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It excels at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits while under voltage, yet without load.
Specifically crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch is lauded for its straightforward design, economical value, and user-friendly operation. Available rated currents span 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch comprises a base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section, utilizing a gate knife mechanism for seamless circuit operation. Every phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on either side. Adjusting the spring height impeccably fine-tunes the contact pressure essential for the gate knife's performance. An insulated hook stick facilitates the switch's operational maneuvers, accompanied by a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Operates optimally at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Thrives in ambient temperatures: with a ceiling of +40°C and a floor of -30°C;
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Designed to handle seismic intensities of up to 8 degrees; the chosen installation site should remain free from frequent and intense vibrations.
The installation site must remain devoid of gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive agents that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductive integrity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE SURPASSED, USERS ARE INVITED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection to ensure the following switch components are in prime condition:
Remove any accumulation of dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior.
Inspect all components for signs of damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive component remains in good condition.
