(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also renowned as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It excels in opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, while voltage remains. This product is the epitome of safety and efficiency in electrical management.
Our switch, designed for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, distinguishes itself with simplicity, cost-efficiency, and user-friendliness. Rated currents on offer range from a versatile 200 to a robust 1250 amps. These remarkable switches comprise a base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. A precise gate knife structure enables smooth circuit transitions, with each phase's gate knife featuring dual conductive blades and external compression springs on both sides. Adjust the spring height to secure the optimal contact pressure for the gate knife. Operation is facilitated using an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking device for secure handling.
Working Environment:
Altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: peaks not above +40°C; lows not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed should remain under 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not above 8 degrees; installation sites must be free from frequent, severe vibrations.
The installation area must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that adversely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE SPECIFIED NORMAL USAGE CONDITIONS BE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection to check the following switch components:
Clear all dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' exterior.
Diligently check all components for any signs of damage, with particular attention to inspecting the insulating porcelain bottle for damages or cracks.
Verify that the conductive part's contact surface maintains optimal integrity and performance.
