(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted to operate on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This innovative device is engineered to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits, all while maintaining voltage presence but without load. Its high-performance design ensures seamless operation in diverse high voltage scenarios.
This exceptional switch is optimized for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward and economical design that's remarkably user-friendly. It offers a range of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps to cater to varied electrical demands. The switch is composed of four primary elements: a durable base, robust post insulators, precision-engineered conductive parts, and a mechanical section. Utilizing a sophisticated gate knife structure for circuit operations, each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades, enhanced with external compression springs on each side. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure for the gate knife is assured, guaranteeing reliable performance. The switch operation is streamlined through the use of an insulated hook stick for convenient opening and closing, complemented by a self-locking device for added security.
Working Environment:
Altitude Requirements: Meticulously designed to perform at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters, providing reliable operation in varied terrains.
Temperature Range: Built to withstand ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C, ensuring adaptability under varying climatic conditions.
Wind Resistance: Engineered to endure outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second, making it ideal for challenging weather scenarios.
Seismic Tolerance: Developed to tolerate seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, with the stipulation that the installation site is free from frequent severe vibrations.
Environmental Conditions: The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Annual Maintenance Checklist: Regularly inspect the following components every year to ensure optimal performance:
Ensure cleanliness by removing any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior.
Conduct a comprehensive inspection of all components for potential damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface of the conductive parts to ensure reliable operation.
