(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, more commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is skillfully engineered for application in 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution networks. It is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits with voltage present, minus the load. This sophisticated switch is a pivotal choice for ensuring seamless and secure power distribution.
Designed for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a streamlined and economical design, offering simplicity and efficacy. It supports a range of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch is a composite of a sturdy base, robust post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a precision-engineered mechanical section. It employs a gate knife structure for streamlined circuit management. Each phase's gate knife is formed by two conductive blades, fortified by external compression springs on both sides. By aptly adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure for the gate knife is ensured. Operation is facilitated through an insulated hook stick, and the switch features a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
The installation altitude should not exceed 1000 meters,
Ambient temperature conditions include a maximum not surpassing +40°C and a minimum not dropping below -30°C.
The outdoor wind velocity should remain below 35 meters/second.
The seismic intensity should be capped at 8 degrees, ensuring the installation site avoids frequent severe vibrations for stability and security.
The installation location must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive elements that might severely compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection on the following switch components:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive elements, contact surfaces, and the exterior of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain integrity and performance.
Thoroughly examine all components for damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle to check for potential damage or cracks.
Verify the contact surface quality of the conductive parts to ensure optimal operation.
