Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a sophisticated yet economical solution also recognized as an isolation disconnect switch. Tailored for seamless performance on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, it excels in opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits effortlessly, maintaining voltage presence without load.
Designed explicitly for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a streamlined structure, exceptional cost-efficiency, and user-friendly functionality. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are comprised of a robust base, reliable post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and a well-engineered mechanical section. Featuring a gate knife mechanism for circuit operations, each phase's gate knife is equipped with two conductive blades and external compression springs on both sides. To ensure optimal contact pressure, simply adjust the spring height. Operating the switch is effortless with an insulated hook stick, and it includes a self-locking device for added security.
Working Environment:
Altitude: Restrictions apply up to 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: Peaks at +40°C and falls to a minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor conditions: Designed to withstand wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Seismic durability: Withstands seismic intensity up to 8 degrees; the installation site should maintain stability, free from severe vibrations.
Ensure the installation site is free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that might compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually inspect the following switch components:
Clean all dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surfaces.
Examine each part for any damage, paying special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surfaces of the conductive parts maintain pristine conditions.
