(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an innovative solution also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for seamless integration on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This state-of-the-art switch expertly facilitates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, ensuring operation is smooth even when voltage is present, though without load.
Designed for single-phase implementation within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its straightforward design, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. It offers an array of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch comprises a robust base, durable post insulators, reliable conductive parts, and a precise mechanical section. The unique gate knife structure enhances circuit control during operation. Each phase's gate knife features two conductive blades, bolstered by external compression springs on either side, allowing for adjustable spring height to achieve optimal contact pressure. The switch's operations are executed with ease using an insulated hook stick, and a self-locking device ensures secure opening and closing.
Working Environment:
Altitude: Must not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient Temperature: Ranges from a brisk -30°C to a mild +40°C;
Outdoor wind speed must remain below 35 meters per second;
Seismic Intensity: Should not exceed 8 degrees; Installation sites must be free of frequent severe vibrations.
The installation location should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that can significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY TO ENSURE OPTIMAL SWITCH PERFORMANCE.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Cleanse the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surface to maintain exceptional conductivity.
Inspect all components for any damage, with particular emphasis on checking the insulating porcelain bottle for cracks or damage.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition.
