Engineered for excellence, the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is masterfully crafted for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is the sophisticated opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, maintaining voltage presence without load.
Designed for single-phase installation within three-phase line systems, this switch is renowned for its straightforward structure, economic viability, and user-friendly operation. Available in a spectrum of rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a mechanical section. A gate knife structure ensures precise circuit operation, each phase's gate knife equipped with dual conductive blades and external compression springs for optimal performance. Fine-tuning the spring height ensures the requisite contact pressure for the switch's gate knife, operated effortlessly with an insulated hook stick, and enhanced by a self-locking device.
Working Environment:
The installation is designed for altitudes up to 1000 meters;
Featuring a robust thermal tolerance, the ambient temperature ranges from a sweltering +40°C to a chilling -30°C;
Built to withstand outdoor winds up to a velocity of 35 meters/second;
Resilient to seismic intensities capped at 8 degrees; the installation locale should be free from frequent severe vibrations to ensure optimal performance.
For peak performance, installation environments should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components to ensure continued excellence:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain optimal performance.
Inspect all components for damage, with particular attention to any signs of damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure that the conductive parts' contact surface remains in excellent condition.
