The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is ingeniously designed for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits under voltage, even in demanding environmental conditions.
This switch, tailored for single-phase applications in three-phase line systems, stands out with its minimalist design, affordability, and user-friendly operation. It comes with a choice of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch is composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. It employs an innovative gate knife structure for circuit interruption, with each phase featuring dual conductive blades and external compression springs to ensure optimal contact pressure. The switch is manipulated using an insulated hook stick, complemented by a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment: Ideal Conditions for Optimal Performance
The Altitude should not exceed 1000 meters to maintain optimal efficiency.
Ambient temperature parameters: Maximum of +40°C; Minimum of -30°C, supporting a wide range of climatic zones.
Outdoor wind speed must not exceed 35 meters/second, ensuring stability and reliability in gusty conditions.
Seismic intensity threshold: not exceeding 8 degrees. The installation site should remain free from frequent severe vibrations, safeguarding the integrity of the switch.
Installation sites should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note: Essential Considerations
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER CAN NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY to explore bespoke solutions or adjustments.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment: Ensuring Seamless Operation
Pre-installation work: Essential Preparations
Perform annual checks on the following switch components to maintain peak performance:
Regularly remove any dirt accumulation from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain efficiency.
Inspect all components for potential damage. Special attention should be given to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface is intact and functioning optimally.
