Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as the isolation disconnect switch. Crafted for exceptional performance, it operates seamlessly on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch is meticulously designed to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits even when voltage is present, although without load. It stands as a testament to superior technology in high-voltage management.
Tailored for single-phase applications in three-phase line systems, this switch is celebrated for its simplified structure, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly nature. It supports rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Constructed with a robust base, resilient post insulators, and sophisticated conductive parts, it incorporates a mechanical section for optimized operation. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates effective circuit engagement. Each phase's gate knife, engineered with dual conductive blades, is enhanced with external compression springs for optimal function. By adjusting the spring height, precise contact pressure is achieved for the switch's gate knife, ensuring reliable connectivity. Operated with an insulated hook stick, it features a self-locking device for secure operation.
Working Environment:
Operate confidently up to altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Thrives in diverse climates with an ambient temperature ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Engineered to withstand outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Built to endure seismic activities with intensity not exceeding 8 degrees, and designed for stability at sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
The ideal installation site is free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Ensure peak performance by checking these components annually:
Thoroughly cleanse dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces.
Inspect all components meticulously for damage, with particular focus on the insulating porcelain bottle to identify any damage or cracks.
Verify the condition of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure it remains in excellent condition.
