Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch—a pinnacle of engineering designed to safeguard power transmission and distribution lines operating at 10(12, 15, 24)kV. This isolation disconnect switch is expertly crafted to manage the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, operating under voltage conditions but without any load. Experience unparalleled reliability and control in your high-voltage applications.
Our switch is a paragon of simplicity, efficiency, and value. Tailored for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, it offers a range of rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—catering to diverse operational needs. The ingenious design consists of a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a precision mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure ensures seamless circuit management, with dual conductive blades per phase enhanced by external compression springs. Fine-tune the spring height for optimal contact pressure. Operated with an insulated hook stick, the switch also boasts a secure self-locking mechanism for dependable performance.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Operates efficiently in ambient temperatures ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Withstands outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Built to endure seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees. Ensure the installation site is free from frequent severe vibrations for optimal performance.
The installation location should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive elements that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN NORMAL OPERATING CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE INVITED TO DISCUSS CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.

Annual Maintenance Checklist:
Regularly remove any dirt from conductive components, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle exteriors to maintain optimal operation.
Check for any damage across components, with particular focus on inspecting the insulating porcelain bottle for cracks or other issues.
Ensure the conductive parts maintain a robust contact surface for effective operation.
