(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, renowned as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch expertly facilitates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits while sustaining voltage presence, yet devoid of load.
Tailored for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems, this switch is celebrated for its uncomplicated structure, economic efficiency, and user-friendly operation. It boasts an impressive range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch encompasses a base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure is key for circuit operations, featuring two conductive blades per phase, complete with external compression springs on either side. The adjustable spring height ensures the requisite contact pressure for seamless performance. Operable with an insulated hook stick, the switch offers easy, efficient opening and closing actions, complemented by a secure self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Altitude: Not exceeding 1000 meters above sea level;
Ambient Temperature: Maximum of +40°C; Minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor Wind Speed: Not exceeding 35 meters per second;
Seismic Intensity: Maximum of 8 degrees; The installation locale should be devoid of frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could critically impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation Work
Conduct annual inspections, focusing on the following switch components:
Diligently clear dirt from all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior.
Thoroughly examine all parts for any signs of damage, with particular attention to any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of all conductive parts remains in optimal condition.
