The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch is meticulously engineered to facilitate the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits under voltage presence, yet without load.
This switch, designed for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, stands out due to its streamlined construction, affordability, and user-friendly operation. It is available in a variety of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Key components include a robust base, resilient post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. The circuit engagement is managed through an innovative gate knife structure. Each phase's gate knife incorporates dual conductive blades, bolstered by external compression springs on either side. The spring height can be finely tuned to deliver the precise contact pressure essential for optimal switch performance. Operation is conducted with an insulated hook stick, complemented by a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Ensure installation at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters.
Maintain ambient temperature: maximum not exceeding +40°C; minimum not dropping below -30°C.
Outdoor wind speed should not surpass 35 meters/second.
Seismic conditions should not exceed an intensity of 8 degrees; the installation zone should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation area must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive agents that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity performance.
Note:
WHEN STANDARD USAGE CONDITIONS ARE SURPASSED, USERS ARE INVITED TO DISCUSS ADJUSTMENTS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual audit of the following switch components:
Remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface remains in optimal condition.
