(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, known as the isolation disconnect switch, is masterfully engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is adeptly crafted to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits whenever voltage is present but without any load.
Tailor-made for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch is celebrated for its straightforward design, economic value, and user-friendliness. The available rated currents are 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch comprises a robust base, resilient post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a mechanical segment. A sophisticated gate knife design facilitates the circuit's opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife integrates two conductive blades, accompanied by external compression springs on each side. Adjusting the spring height ensures the required contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. Operation is achieved via an insulated hook stick, and a self-locking mechanism guarantees secure execution.
Working Environment:
Operating altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: A maximum limit of +40°C and a minimum threshold of -30°C;
Outdoor wind velocity should not surpass 35 meters/second;
The installation site should experience seismic activity no stronger than 8 degrees; it should not be prone to frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could seriously impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN NORMAL USE CONDITIONS EXCEED THE STATED PARAMETERS, USERS ARE INVITED TO NEGOTIATE ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain performance.
Examine all parts methodically for damage, focusing particularly on detecting damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains impeccable and uninterrupted.
