(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also celebrated as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch effortlessly opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits without load but with voltage present, ensuring reliability and precision.
This innovative switch is optimized for single-phase use in three-phase line systems, standing out for its straightforward design, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. Offering rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The gate knife structure, used for circuit opening and closing, features two conductive blades with external compression springs on both ends. Adjusting the spring height tailors the contact pressure essential for the switch's gate knife. The switch is operated seamlessly with an insulated hook stick for both opening and closing actions, and it incorporates a reliable self-locking device for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding a range of ambient temperatures: from a high of +40°C to a low of -30°C;
Engineered to endure outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Built to withstand seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; installation sites should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation location must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that may significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual comprehensive check of the following switch components:
Meticulously remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain performance.
Thoroughly inspect all parts for potential damage, with particular attention to the integrity of the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part maintains excellent condition for optimal functionality.
