(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also revered as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is adept at seamlessly opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits, with voltage present, but without load.
This switch, a marvel of engineering, is tailored for single-phase application within three-phase line systems. Its hallmark features include a simplistic design, cost-efficient production, and effortless operation. It boasts a broad spectrum of rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switches are a composition of a sturdy base, robust post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and a precise mechanical segment. Utilizing a gate knife structure, it performs efficient circuit opening and closing. Each phase’s gate knife features dual conductive blades, flanked by external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure is achieved for the switch's gate knife. An insulated hook stick orchestrates the operation of opening and closing actions, fortified by a self-locking device for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Operate at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters.
Endure ambient temperatures with a maximum limit of +40°C and a minimum threshold of -30°C.
Designed to resist outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second.
Withstand seismic intensity levels not exceeding 8 degrees; ensure the installation site is free from frequent severe vibrations.
Ideal installation sites should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ADVISED TO CONSULT AND NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual comprehensive inspection of the following switch parts:
Ensure thorough removal of dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles.
Inspect all components meticulously for damage, focusing particularly on the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface remains in pristine condition for optimal performance.
