The exceptional (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is crafted for application on power transmission and distribution lines in the high voltage range of 10(12, 15, 24)kV. It is ingeniously engineered to seamlessly engage and disengage single-phase or three-phase circuits while maintaining voltage integrity, without carrying a load.
This switch is meticulously designed for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward structure, excellent cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. It is available in various rated currents such as 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's architecture comprises a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The gate knife mechanism, composed of dual conductive blades for each phase, is adeptly equipped with external compression springs on either side. These springs are adjustable in height to ensure optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. The switch operation is facilitated through an insulated hook stick, featuring a reliable self-locking device for secure opening and closing actions.
Working Environment:
Operational altitude should not surpass 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature limits: maximum should not exceed +40°C; minimum should not drop below -30°C;
Outdoor wind velocity should remain under 35 meters/second;
Seismic activity should not exceed 8 degrees; the chosen installation site must be free from frequent intense vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual comprehensive inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with particular focus on identifying damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure that the contact surface of the conductive component remains in pristine condition.
